With interest in residential renewable energy systems exploding, building officials, contractors and regulators are all grappling with how to support safe, professional system installations. This website is designed to share the knowledge gained through the Solar Neighbourhoods Pilot Project — the largest single-city residential solar hot water installation in Canada.
Through webinars, seminars and access to materials produced by Toronto and other municpalities, we hope to share best practices in residential solar hot water installation permitting and inspection.
